To Whom It May Concern:
When we originally had planned the new Tonight Show, it was quite obvious one of the first items we needed to address was the complete redesign of the antiquated audio system and also to get us into the "computer age" both in the studio and in the production office.
Our music director, Branford Marsalis, suggested Bryan Bell and his company, Synth-Bank. With everything we had to accomplish to get the show up and running and ready for a live premiere week, I needed someone who would take charge and get the job done quickly, efficiently and on budget. Bryan Bell was golden. He immediately sized up our audio and computer interface requirements and helped us become a state of the art facility well ahead of any other show of its type.
In addition to revamping the system and enlightening the audio technicians, Bryan introduced MIDI technology to the Tonight Show and negotiated production assistance agreements for our house band equipment that are still in place today.
After Bryan left us, he hand picked a permanent replacement who is still with us, and Synth-Bank continued to provide support to the show whenever necessary. We still call Bryan on occasion to get his thoughts on certain situations.
As you can see, I can't say enough about Bryan Bell, and it is my pleasure to recommend him to anyone who needs to get their project done right and with a little imagination.
Sincerely,
Larry Goitia
