Synth-Bank®, a privately held company, was founded in 1985 by Bryan Bell to make people more successful in their creative and commercial pursuits through the use of technology.

Synth-Bank® has been operating as a virtual organization for over fifteen years, enabling it to contintually expand its diverse team of media and information technology experts from over the world as needed to provide every possible insight into the problem scenario and determine the very best solution available.

Synth-Bank® was originally founded as a bulletin board service to sell synthesizer sounds over an e-mail system that automatically handled the payment of copyright and royalty fees. (The name "Synth-Bank®" is actually derived from a contraction of the words 'synthesizer' and 'databank'.)

The company has evolved into Synth-Bank®, LLC, Synth-Bank® Consulting, LLC, and BB SB. LLC.
